  2. Embroidery size, maximum width and height (ex. 5″ x 7″)
  3. Embroidery location: chest, back, sleeve etc
  4. Product to be used for embroidered logo: t-shirt, blouse, sweatband etc
  5. Quantity required (ex. 30,50,100)
  6. Special threads if required: metallic silver or gold, fluorescent, glow
  7. Specify colours if different than image.
